Sales Firm
Zero to Closed
Your revenue has a ceiling. It's probably your calendar.
You're the best closer in your company. That's the problem. I build the sales system that lets your team close like you, so you can step out of every deal without the revenue stepping out with you.

Where Are You?
Pick Your
Starting Line.
Most founders I work with fall into one of three places. Find yours.

Who this is for
You're still closing every deal yourself.
Pipeline Advisory
Good news: you're good at it. I sit beside you, audit your pipeline for the money already in it, tear down live deals, and write your highest-stakes emails with you.
Who this is for
You're at $1M–$3M and just hired your first seller.
Revenue Sprint
Now they need to close like you. I build the system they'll run: CRM, scripts, cadences, ICP, and your Story Bank.
Who this is for
You're past $3M and ready to leave the closing seat for good.
Scale
I step in as your fractional CRO: pricing, hiring, partnerships, and a sales org that runs without you in the room.

JETROWhat Results Will Your Sales Team Achieve?
Bigger Deals,
Faster.
Sales is helping someone make a confident decision. Clear everything out of their way and they spend more, sooner. By the time we're done, you and your team will be able to:

Hear what they're not saying.
The real reason a deal stalls is rarely the one the buyer gives you. You'll learn to ask the second and third question, and catch the answer between the lines.
Turn a contact into a champion.
Every deal has someone who wins if you win. You'll find them, learn what's in it for them, and arm them to sell you internally.
Never lose a deal to silence.
Most deals don't die from a no. They die from a missed follow-up. You'll run a cadence that keeps every deal moving, down to the 1–2 sentence Tap on the Shoulder.
Ask the hard question early.
Budget, timing, the other decision-maker. You'll ask it warmly and directly, before it turns into a stall.
HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?
Three Ways to Work Together.
Every engagement starts with a Pre-Flight Audit: your numbers, your call recordings, your CRM. I read all of it before we meet, so our first session is about your deals, not my intake form.

Your Network Multiplier
If I can't do it,
I know who can.
Your company needs more than sales. When it does, I'll introduce you to the people I trust with my own business and my clients': outbound lead gen, incorporation, tax and bookkeeping, course builders, and operators who automate everything.
These aren't directories. They're warm, double-opt-in intros, written the way I'd want to be introduced. You get one person accountable for your revenue, and a short list of people who keep the rest of the company moving.
The Cost of Doing Nothing
Every Month
You Wait Costs
You Money.
Your pipeline is leaking somewhere. Usually it's in three places.

Slow cycles.
If your deals take 60 days and they could take 30, you're running half as many deals through the same year. Same team, half the at-bats.
Silent follow-up.
Most deals don't die from a no. They go dark after a "great call" because nobody sent the next email. That's revenue you earned and handed back.
Underpricing.
Without clear packages, founders price on vibes or desperation. The work is the same. The framing isn't.
The question isn't whether you can afford this. It's how many more deals you can afford to let go quiet.

Don't take my word for it. Take theirs.
"A saleswoman with a motor AND integrity, a rare combination."
"She confidently asks the hardest direct questions in an encouraging and understanding manner."
"If you want a sales process that works without depending on you, she's the person to call."
Evan Baldridge
COO, Visor
If you're a founder with a great product but no real sales system, I'd recommend Zero to Closed without hesitation. Rikki came in and built the foundation we were missing: a sales playbook with call scripts and a technical FAQ, a one-pager for prospects and referral partners, and follow-up sequences for post-call, nurture, and rescheduling. She cleaned up our HubSpot, rebuilt our dashboard around the metrics that matter, and put our historical contacts to work as leads.
What set her apart is that she built capability on our team. She coached our new Sales Ops hire on follow-up and sequencing and shaped the voice of our sales emails, so the system keeps running after she's done. Today, if a prospect has a call or misses one, I'm confident the right emails go out to keep them engaged until it's on the calendar.
Rikki is one of the most persistent people I know. Plus she is organized, proactive, and a pleasure to work with, and she communicates clearly the whole way through. If you want a sales process that works without depending on you, she's the person to call.

Rikki is my first, second and last call for all things sales. If you need people closed, she is your person.
Eric Jorgenson
CEO at Scribe Media, Author of The Almanack of Naval Ravikant, The Anthology of Balaji, and The Book of Elon Musk
Rikki is one of the top 5 people I've worked with in my entire career. She's driven, professional, organized, intuitive, thoughtful, and smart. She "sees the court" in important and useful ways, both strategically and interpersonally. Rikki is a saleswoman with a motor AND integrity, a rare combination.
She returned to Scribe at one of our most challenging times and went all-out, putting her personal reputation on the line to help authors and her team rebuild.
I personally enjoyed every conversation with Rikki and felt lucky to work with her every day. If you get the chance to work with Rikki, don't hesitate for an instant. She's a true gem.
Rikki is hands down the best salesperson I've ever met. I first encountered Rikki when she sold me on the idea of turning my little notion of maybe writing a book into a full-fledged commitment to the entire process. Rikki's approach is purposeful, real, and deeply rooted in genuine connection. I felt an immediate sense of trust and clarity through her direct yet engaging sales process.
When my book grew into its own course and consulting program, I knew Rikki was the perfect person to train my sales team. She worked closely with Christina, my lead salesperson, and provided a tailored, hands-on approach that elevated Christina's skills instantly. Thanks to Rikki's guidance, Christina began closing more deals and driving meaningful growth using a very human, connection-driven sales method that Rikki is best in class at both practicing and teaching.
I have spent 37 years in sales. Selling, training salespeople, managing salespeople and running sales organizations. Rikki is a rock-star salesperson. She confidently asks the hardest direct questions in an encouraging and understanding manner. She helped me overcome my own barriers. I would hire Rikki immediately to help my sales process.
Rikki possesses a rare, intuitive grasp of buyer psychology that goes beyond standard sales tactics. She has an exceptional ability to listen between the lines, uncover the hidden incentives driving a prospect's decision, and translate that into closed revenue. If you want a sales architect who understands human behavior and builds systems that actually convert, Rikki is in a league of her own.

If I could work with Rikki again, I'd do it 10x over. Never have I worked with someone that's so good at what they do that it forces you to watch in awe as they excel in their role.
Rikki joined TrendKite after the sales team had scaled to around 80 individual contributors and she quickly out-excelled all of her peers. It wasn't just her performance that stuck out to me, but her energy, the way she carries herself, and her maturity in every business conversation that was a rock for the team to emulate.
I enjoyed working with Rikki and was sad when she moved on as I knew I'd miss her presence sorely, and that's why I'd jump at the chance to work with her again.
Rikki leaves a lasting impression long after the deal is done because she operates at an entirely different level of professionalism. Her clear communication and diligent follow-up remove all the friction from the buying process. I highly recommend Rikki to any founder or team looking to elevate their sales strategy and close bigger deals.
Working with Rikki made a tremendous difference in planning and launching. This project was deeply personal to me, and she brought the rare combination of strategic clarity, exceptional execution, and genuine care that helped turn an emotional process into a successful launch. I am incredibly grateful for her partnership and would confidently recommend Rikki to anyone looking for someone who can bring both heart and results to meaningful work.
Rikki is a total pro, she knows her business and knows people. She was a joy to work with and the final outcome was better than I had even expected!
Rikki was instrumental in guiding both me and her team. She is professional, attentive and experienced. My success would not have been the same without her.

Yes, that's the real name on my birth certificate.
I run Zero to Closed from Austin, Texas. I came here for grad school at UT, then realized I belonged out in the world making money, not just spending it.
I've spent 15 years across the table from founders and CEOs. Here's what I learned: the founder is almost always the best closer in the company, and almost always the reason the company can't grow past them. Charisma isn't a system. I build the system.

Built With Founders & CEOs
$53M Closed.
Personally.
If you're good at selling, you can sell anything. I've sold software, media, books, and sponsorships, and I've built the teams that sell them. For years, people I'd closed for kept asking me to do it for them directly. So I am.
Informatica & TrendKite
Where I learned to sell. High-energy enterprise B2B, across the table from founders and senior executives. I finished #1 in my cohort and generated 100+ qualified enterprise opportunities.
Scribe Media
Seven years selling thought leadership to founders and CEOs, from Chris Voss and David Goggins to UBS and Snowflake. I personally closed $48M, then built the SDR team and grew the partnership program to 176 active ambassadors, adding $800K in monthly revenue opportunity.
LAUNCH
Alongside Jason Calacanis, I ran advertising and sponsorship sales and grew them 50% in my first year. I also advised founders in the Founder University and LAUNCH Accelerator programs: tactical keynotes on founder-led sales, live deal teardowns, and 1:1 pipeline strategy.
Outside of Work
Beyond
the Deal.
My husband and I have been to 60+ countries between us. At home in Austin, you'll find us at the newest restaurant, on a patio, or on a trail. I'll watch, read, or listen to anything.
Mostly, I love to host and I love people. That's not a side note. It's why I'm good at this.
